1. What steps I have to make to open an account with RSP Casino?

  • On the main page of our site click on Registration.
  • In the appeared window please provide: nickname, password, date of birth, your active e-mail (to confirm your registration, our system will send the necessary instructions to your email address).
  • Then press "Register an account" button.

2. How can I deposit money to my account?

  • Login to your account, choose "Cashier" menu, then select "Deposit".
  • On the next page choose a payment solution you'd like to use for the deposit and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the deposit.

3. How can I find out the balance of my account?

  • Login to your account, press on the menu button "Cashier".

    • Please log in on our website and select "Cashier" menu, then "Cashout".
    • Choose a payment solution you'd like to use for the cashout and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cashout.

    5. Where can I find history of money transaction for my account?

    • Login to your account, choose "Cashier" menu, then "Orders History".
    • On the history page you will see entire history of your money transactions.

    6. Can I transfer money from my RSP Casino account to another RSP Casino player?

    • Yes, you can make this transaction. In the "Cashier" menu select "Player-to-Player" option then enter receiver login and amount (minimum is 5$) .


    Login

    1. When I try to log into the program a message "Invalid password" appears, though I am certain that the password is correct.

    • Please note that your account password is case-sensitive. You may not be entering your login information in the correct case. You may also have some other character in the password, such as an underscore or a dash. If you still can't log in, then see the next question.

    2. I have forgotten my password - what do I have to do?

    • We do not keep clear-text passwords of our players, so in case of a password loss we can not send it to you - but you can reset your password to a new one.
      1. On the main page of our site click "Forgot my password"
      2. Enter your login name.
      3. Press on the button "Reset my password".
      4. Check your e-mail - you will receive a message from us with your password.
    • After that you will be able to log in again using the new password.

    3. How can I change my password?

    • Login to your account, select "Account", then "Change Password".
    • Click "Change password" link and follow the instructions.

    4. How can I change my e-mail, or other account information?

    • Login to your account, select "Account".
    • Click "Edit" link next to the information you'd like to change.
    • If you're changing your email - our system will send a message to your new e-mail address to confirm it's validity.


    Casino Games

    1. Where can I find game rules and descriptions?

    • The rules of all games and detailed explanations of all relevant game features can be found in the help section of RSP Casino Lobby. All RSP Casino games also have a built-in help option.

    2. I'm losing connection with RSP Casino regularly. What should I do?

    • If your computer is disconnected from the internet before the results of the last game are displayed, you can view the result in Betting History or by contacting Support.
    • In case of disconnection while a game is in progress, and you can still make decisions in the game and you will be able to complete that game once you return to it.
    • If the request to play a new game does not reach the Casino Server before you are disconnected, the result of the previous game is displayed when you return to the game.

    3. Where can I find my games history?

    • The history of all your games is available in "Account" -> "History of Casino and Games sessions" section when you're logged in.
